    This is an incredible Meditation that not only lifts all stuck energy but brings you into the occipital lobe of your brain where manifestation can be created.
*In my own 35 yrs of learning all kinds of amazing forms of meditation this was created from watching clients struggle with connecting .The intention of this meditation is to facilitate this inner connectedness quickly and easily .It is my go-to personally as it is the shortest and MOST powerful way to connect ,release and co -create in such a short timeframe.

This breathing technique (video) is hands down my favourite with all of my clients including myself.
It is a very multifaceted breath work that re-sets you into alignment quickly.
I recommend using it both morning and night to get you on dial with your own compass so that you move all day from a place of clarity and connectedness.
It allows the lower casing of the lungs to lift and release old repressed emotions while opening your lungs to expand giving you permission to let go and receive more for you in higher alignment.
This technique also allows all the organs to also get a nice rinse energetically of any stress that they have been holding onto as well.
